Center for Sports-Based Youth Development
The Up2Us Research & Evaluation team promotes the field of Sports-Based Youth Development by providing tools that will prove that sports programs have a positive impact on youth. Each Up2Us research publication will be available under the brand new Up2Us Center for Sports-Based Youth Development.
Up2Us publications are designed to:
Educate by gathering best practices from quality sports-based youth development practitioners and researchers and provide factsheets and research briefs to member organizations and the general public;
Evaluate by creating an evaluation toolkit to provide sports-based youth development programs with strong outcomes evaluation tools to measure their impact; and
Prove by matching researchers with sports-based youth development practitioners to provide evidence-based program outcomes and matching evaluation experts with programs who want to build a strong evaluation component into their program.
