The L.A. Clippers Foundation honored two Up2Us Coaches as Clippers Community Heroes of the Game on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Coaches Jasmine Hernandez and Frank Martinez were honored at halftime, which ended in the Clippers beating the Toronto Raptors in a midweek matchup.

Jasmine has been coaching youth softball for YMCA Maywood and Huntington Park. She has served for two years with Up2Us Sports and uses her college softball experience to teach the next generation.

Frank has been coaching youth baseball and softball for local parks in South Los Angeles and Hawthorne. He has served for three years with Up2Us Sports and continues to mentor youth on how to excel on and off the field.

Both coach positions are made possible from the generous support of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation.*
