Jenna Weiner is an independent researcher and policy consultant on the subjects of gender, sports, and LGBTQ policy. Her work has specifically focused on the inclusion of transgender and non-binary people in sports and the policies that regulate their participation. In that work, she has collaborated with organizations such as Athlete Ally and USA Ultimate on LGBTQ and transgender inclusive policies. Jenna’s community outreach includes public speaking with her TEDx talk and author bylines with the University of Nevada, Reno, Skyd Magazine, and Ultiworld. She received her M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Jen Pashley is the Youth Program Director of Bay Area Disc Association and Founder and Director of GURLS, a tuition-free leadership program for athletes in high school. With 14 years of experience leading, coaching, and organizing, Jen focuses her attention on equitable youth development and empowering girlx to play sports and become leaders. She is also the recipient of the Community Member of the Year Award and Women’s Empowerment Award.
