Jonas Worth is the Director of Partnerships and Development at You Can Play, focused on creating LGBTQ+ inclusion strategies with major sports leagues and developing curriculum in the area of coaching and allyship. Worth joined You Can Play after a 15-year career in collegiate and semi-pro soccer coaching, where he used the same philosophies of creating inclusive spaces to develop team cohesion at every level. He holds a Master's in Coaching Science (Sports Psychology) from the University of British Columbia, as well as a UEFA B (England), United Soccer Coaches Premier, and Canadian Soccer Association B License for coaching soccer.
