The Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children's Mental Health Innovation Awards—an initiative that aims to identify and fund mental healthcare solutions for children and young adults across the United States—honors a 2022 winner, Up2Us Sports.
Today, January 12th, 2023 is our 13th Anniversary, and we are expecting to have more impact in the year ahead than ever before. We will serve more kids, recruit more coaches, support more VISTAs (front office-based service members) and help more sports-based youth development programs across the country.
Many of our AmeriCorps Summer VISTAs have been playing sports their entire lives. They’ve decided to dedicate their summer to service and give back to the sports community that helped shape them as athletes. Learn how the VISTAs Emma and Jamie are helping make the Miami Marlins Foundation a special place.
Up2Us Sports coaches and their families got to experience a Miami Marlins game in person this past Friday thanks to Up2Us Sports Ambassador AJ Ramos. The Marlins closer generously donated 40 tickets for the coaches and their families for a night at Marlins Park.
Support Up2Us Sports by purchasing a baseball bat autographed by current Miami Marlins' right fielder, Giancarlo Stanton. Stanton was the winner of the 2016 Home Run Derby, and holds the record for most home runs in the competition.
