We created a model that uses sports and coaching to address some of the most pressing issues facing youth across the country today: mental wellness, gender equity, social justice and economic mobility in historically marginalized and underserved communities.

Up2Us Sports stands with the communities we are privileged to work in every day. We will continue our work to use sports as a major tool to foster social justice across America. Our coaches and trauma-informed training embody a vision of empowerment, leadership and relationship-building that can contribute to ending discrimination and building safe and inclusive communities.

She Changes the Game® is an initiative of Up2Us Sports focused on the importance of growing opportunities for women to coach and ensuring young girls in vulnerable communities have access to sports.
career readiness
Our career readiness framework leverages the experience of national service to connect young people to pathways towards meaningful employment and support their early career development.
mental wellness
In response to the growing mental health crisis that continues to negatively impact the lives of American youth, Up2Us Sports has launched a New York-based pilot program with support from the Booth Ferris Foundation.
