New Report Shows Youth Need 140 Hours of Physical Activity to See Health Outcomes

Up2Us Sports collected data from 379 Coach Across America coaches serving approximately 85,550 youth at 148 sports-based youth development organizations.  Youth who were offered more physical activity over the course of the CAA program saw greater improvements on average in the PACER test compared to youth who were offered less physical activity. 140 hours appeared to be the point at which the difference in outcomes increased sharply.
